Taylor Providing Nutrition Support for Clients

Who I Help

Sometimes you just need someone who’s already been through it.

For Those Living with Anxiety, Burnout & Constant Overwhelm

Do you feel like you are constantly trying to catch up with everyday life?

You wake up exhausted, even after a full night's sleep.

Simple tasks feel overwhelming. Grocery shopping, answering messages, making decisions, or just getting through the day can leave you feeling completely drained.

You forget things or frequently lose your train of thought.
You feel disconnected from yourself and the people around you.

Maybe you've been told your bloodwork is normal.
Maybe you've been given medication but still feel like something deeper is being missed.

Many of the men & women I work with describe feeling like they are being dragged through the motions of everyday life.

This isn’t living, this is surviving.

Together, we explore the relationship between nutrition, blood sugar balance, digestion, chronic stress, and nervous system health to better understand what may be contributing to the way you feel.

My approach combines holistic nutrition, herbal medicine, and food psychology to support both mind and body while working alongside your existing healthcare team.

For Parents, Partners & Loved Ones Supporting Someone with an Eating Disorder

Watching someone you love struggle with an eating disorder can be one of the most heartbreaking experiences imaginable.

You want to help.

You try to say the right things.

You worry constantly.

Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do, it's never enough.

Many parents and partners carry this burden silently, feeling isolated and unsure where to turn for guidance.

I know this journey personally.

As someone who lived through anorexia nervosa, I understand both the internal struggle and the impact it has on the people who love us.

My role is not to replace medical care but to provide education, practical tools, and compassionate support through the lens of food psychology, nutrition, body acceptance and family support.

Sometimes the person struggling isn't ready to ask for help.

That doesn't mean you have to face it alone.

Now, if you're here for yourself, I want you to know one thing first:

You are not alone.

I understand that food feels exhausting right now.
That every meal comes with guilt, fear, or anxiety.
You feel isolated, misunderstood, or like nobody truly understands what you're going through.

I do.

As someone who has lived through anorexia nervosa, I know that an eating disorder is about so much more than food. It can affect every part of your life, your relationships, your confidence, your identity, and your ability to simply enjoy being alive.

Recovery is not about perfection, and it is never about simply being told to "just eat." It is a deeply personal journey that requires compassion, patience, and support.

If you're not sure where to begin, that's okay.

You don't have to have all the answers before asking for help.

Sometimes the bravest step is simply starting the conversation.

My Philosophy

I believe that healing happens when we begin to understand the whole person.

Nutrition, mental health, the nervous system, our relationship with food, our beliefs, our experiences, and our environment all influence one another.

My goal is to help people better understand those connections and create a path toward lasting change with compassion, education, and support.

If You Saw Yourself In These Words...

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation with someone who’s lived through it and understands.
